Challenge
Despite high-quality courses, Devlabs faced critical challenges : - High bounce rates on key pages like Webinars & Courses.
- Low student engagement,
- NO admin panel to manage data, inefficient workflows - Poor onboarding & navigation experiences for new users
Solution
Redesign the full platform and build a scalable admin panel that improves engagement, retention, and internal efficiency.
Research
I conducted stakeholder interviews and user surveys to identify pain points:
